All our staff are gaming veterans (after all, it's what they do for a living). They can give you sound tactical advice, help you build battle-winning armies, and clear up most of your rules questions.
No matter what your level of painting or modeling skill, if you spend 30 minutes with one of our staff, you will see those skills improve, and you might find out something new about the hobby.
All our centers stock a full range of Warhammer models and books as well as all the hobby materials you'll need to collect, build, and paint your armies.

All Hobby Centers host dedicated beginner events throughout the week. Whether you want to learn how to lead Goblins, Dwarfs, or some other army into battle or discover other Games Workshop games, all you have to do is visit and participate in one of these events.
Games Workshop Hobby Centers provide support and expert advice on all aspects of the hobby. They feature team participation battles for you to take part in, painting workshops to develop your painting skills, and a forum for gamers to talk about the hobby.
A growing number of our Hobby Centers have additional gaming tables. These tables are great for meeting fellow hobbyists and arranging larger games, playing campaigns, or just modeling and painting. Ask your Hobby Center staff about these tables.

WHITE DWARF MAGAZINE

White Dwarf is Games Workshop's very own monthly hobby magazine. Every issue is packed with exciting articles and features that keep you up-to-date with what's going on in all our games, including Warhammer. You'll be able to read about the latest games and supplements and see color photos of all the latest Citadel Miniatures. Whatever Games Workshop games you play, you'll always find something to interest you in the pages of White Dwarf.

Since you are online already, you might want to check out the Games Workshop web site for more details about Warhammer. Battle for Skull Pass gives you a small glimpse of the game of fantasy battles – the Games Workshop web site can show you even more.

The web site is packed with fantastic hobby articles for Warhammer, including material about painting, terrain making, game tactics, additional scenarios, and modeling. It also serves as a hub for news on the game, with Sneak Peeks of upcoming models, new releases, new hobby articles, as well as upcoming GW events where you can have lots of gaming and painting fun.

No Games Workshop Hobby Centers close by? Have a burning question about Warhammer that can't wait? Pick up the phone and call our Hobby Specialists at 1-800-394-GAME. You can also order Games Workshop materials and products from them, but that's not all.

All of our Hobby Specialists are gamers like you, who can't get enough of modeling, painting, and gaming with our miniatures. As dedicated hobbyists, they can answer all of your hobby questions and provide tips on modeling and painting techniques. They can give you advice on designing color schemes, tackling difficult models, finding components for conversions, or assembling more complicated kits.

GAMING CLUBS

Gaming Clubs are groups of like-minded hobbyists that meet on a regular occasion at a regular place to play Warhammer. They range from three or four people to the larger clubs with dozens involved. Many meet at schools after the books have closed.

Ask your local Hobby Center or check online to find a Warhammer gaming club near you.

GAMES WORKSHOP EVENTS
Throughout the year, all sorts to events are organized and run by Games Workshop and the wider hobby community. These events include campaign weekends, Conflicts and Grand Tournaments, and Games Days that feature the popular Golden Demon painting competition. To find out more about these events and how you can get involved, check the Games Workshop web site or with your local Hobby Center.
