you'll see just how simple it really is. Shown below
is a basic step-by-step example of how to paint a
miniature. Follow the directions, take your time, and
with a bit of practice, you'll soon have a collection
of miniatures to be proud of! |

| Cloth and
Shield. Paint the Thane's
shirt and shield Enchanted Blue. Carefully
apply the paint and cover any mistakes
with Chaos Black. |

|
|
| Metal.
Next, paint the chain mail
skirt, axe blades, and helmet using
Chainmail. If you happen to mess up,
just go back over the mistake with
the appropriate color. |

|
|
| Gold. Paint
the helmet horns, medallions, shield
trim, axe detail, and armor trim with
Shining Gold. Before moving on, be
sure to change your water! |

| Details.
Paint the bracers Snakebite Leather.
Pick out the Thane's lip with Dwarf
Flesh. Next, paint the shoes and axe
haft with Scorched Brown. Finish by
painting the cloak Ice Blue. |

| Beard and
Hair.
Complete your Dwarf Thane
by painting the beard and hair Fortress
Grey. If grey isn't your thing, then
paint the beard any color you wish! |
